Anatomia Physical Medicine
A structural bodywork practice for people who want thoughtful, precise, relational care for pain, injury, stress, and the lived complexity of having a body.
Who I Work With
people recovering from injury or surgery
athletes and high-performing professionals
people with chronic pain, stress, and postural strain
people who want bodywork that is specific, curious, and educational
people who want to understand their body rather than outsource authority entirely
How We Work Together
This work is a partnership between client and practitioner. Through structural bodywork, movement education, nervous system awareness, and client-centered care, we work together to understand pain within the larger context of your life. The body is not treated as broken,
but as intelligent, adaptive, and always responding
but as intelligent, adaptive, and always responding to what it has been asked to carry. Through careful touch, movement, listening, and education, care becomes relational, mutual, and embodied: a shared process of understanding, support, and creating new patterns.
Providing you a safe space to unwind
Your appointments take place in my Fremont office, just steps from the Burke-Gilman Trail and within an easy commute from most Seattle neighborhoods.
Each session is held in a quiet, fully private treatment room where care is individualized, attentive, and paced to your needs.
This is a place to reset, unwind, and receive support for your body with clarity, respect, and care.

“I’ve been seeing Frankie for over twenty years she is the best massage therapist I have ever had! Once you have found the best you stick with them. All family and friends who have tried her at my recommendation, have been amazed and consider her the best. She has helped me through injuries, chronic pain and has helped me understand my body and what it needs.
Frankie lets me know when she notices a pattern of tightness that is not going away and suggests exercises or other self care that will help. She even has a skeleton hanging in her office she refers to explain to me what is going on.
I am 75 and still going strong, I see her every month for maintenance. When I go to see her, I am going to see a friend as well as a practitioner. I highly recommend her!”

“Frankie is incredibly insightful when it comes to body mechanics and muscle function. She gave me exercises and stretches to do after our session which have been helpful!
Professional, thorough, with a lovely space.
Looking forward to my next session!”

“Frankie is the best massage therapist I've ever seen. I am a physical therapist and constantly looking for massage therapists that I trust not only for myself, but to refer clients to. Frankie fits the bill in every way.
She has a solid knowledge base of how the body works, excellent hands and does a great job explaining things to her clients in a way they can understand. She develops an action plan with you to get the best results possible.
I am also a CrossFit coach and love that Frankie supports the sport and weightlifting in general. Highly recommend her to anyone that is active in the fitness space.”
Beth A., Physical Therapist, Trainer
“I was referred by a long time friend that knows I don't mess around when it comes to wanting true professional recommendations. My expectations were exceeded with the body work I experienced and I cannot wait to get regular care again. I've put off care far too long because I didn't want second rate services. My fears are over and I feel like I'm soon to be back home in my own body with the help of Frankie and her commitment to wellness.”
